Working together

Commercial Terms

Define the work, the budget and the responsibilities before launch.

Scope of work

The project proposal should identify the services, channels, markets, deliverables and reporting arrangements included in the engagement. Technical implementation, creative production and measurement requirements should be agreed for the specific project.

Fees and advertising spend

Agency fees and media spend are separate. The written agreement should specify the amount and currency of fees, payment schedule, applicable taxes and any approved third-party costs. No standard fee or minimum contract duration is stated on this page.

Access, approvals and timing

Launch timing depends on scope, account access, tracking readiness, assets and approvals. Responsibilities and approval steps should be documented before campaigns begin.

Changes and reporting

Changes to scope or budget should be agreed in writing. The project agreement should define reporting frequency, measurement definitions and access to campaign data and deliverables.

Pausing or ending an engagement

Notice periods, cancellation, refunds, ownership and handover requirements need to be specified in the signed agreement. These conditions are agreed for each project; this page does not establish default notice periods or refund promises.
