Data controller
Sterling D is responsible for the processing of enquiries submitted to MetaPR.
Information you submit
The enquiry form collects your work email, company website or app link and growth goal. You may also provide your name, monthly advertising budget and project context. We record the submission time, interface language, request reference and the version of this privacy notice you accepted.
Purpose and your choice
Your enquiry is used to respond to your request and discuss a possible project. Submitting the form requires your agreement to this use of your details. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can withdraw your agreement by contacting Sterling D; this does not affect processing already carried out.
Hosting and storage
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Enquiries are processed by Cloudflare Workers and stored in Cloudflare D1. An on-screen confirmation appears only after storage has been confirmed. Access to enquiry records is limited to people authorised to handle requests and the providers that operate the service. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable service terms and data protection arrangements. Contact us for information about the providers used for your enquiry.
Notifications
Enquiry details are sent to the designated MetaPR recipient through a Telegram bot so that your request can be answered. Telegram processes this message under its own privacy terms. A copy remains in our enquiry database even if notification delivery is delayed.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses server validation, a short-lived verification token and submission limits. For these limits, the server derives a daily security identifier from the network address; the enquiry record does not store the raw IP address. Hosting providers may process network and request information for security and service operation. Security counters expire separately from enquiries.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for the relevant project discussion and any continuing business relationship, and where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes. There is no automatic deletion schedule; deletion is handled manually. You can request deletion by contacting Sterling D. Client project records are also governed by the separate project agreement and applicable obligations.
Cookies and external contact
With your permission, Meta Pixel (ID 1792426115423197) measures page visits and successfully saved enquiries to help us evaluate our advertising. The pixel is not loaded before you allow advertising measurement. These events do not include your form answers. Meta may receive the page address, event time, browser and network information, cookie identifiers and an anonymous enquiry reference, and may associate this activity with information it already holds.
You can decline measurement and still use the enquiry form. Change or withdraw your choice through Privacy choices in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days; enquiry fields are not stored in browser storage. With consent, Meta may set advertising cookies. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement but does not undo earlier processing. The selected language is included in the page URL. External contact links open services with their own privacy policies.
Requests about your information
Contact Sterling D to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or to withdraw your agreement. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction, portability, objection and a complaint to a competent data protection authority. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer records in your enquiry.
